4S Migration is an online-only migration practice. Contact Shikha Gupta at shikha@4smigration.com.au about privacy, access to information, corrections or concerns.

This website

The enquiry window uses your name, email address and selected topic only to prepare an email draft on your device. This website does not submit or store those form entries on a server. You decide whether to send the draft through your email provider. Form entries are held in the page’s memory and are cleared when you reload or leave the page.

There are no advertising trackers or analytics scripts in this site’s code. Fonts and photographs are hosted with the site. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website.

When you email us

Sending an enquiry shares the information in your message with 4S Migration and the email services used to deliver it. We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passport scans, health records, payment-card details or other sensitive documents.

If further information is needed to provide advice, the collection purpose and suitable sharing method should be agreed with you before collection. Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Calendly

Consultations are booked through Calendly. The booking page asks you to show the Calendly scheduler before it loads. Loading or opening it shares technical information with Calendly, and information you enter there is handled by Calendly. No payment is taken through this website or Calendly; we will send an invoice for the consultation fee after the consultation. This website does not collect payment-card numbers.

Before booking, review Calendly’s privacy notice. Calendly may process information outside Australia.

Access, corrections and concerns

Contact Shikha if you want to access or correct information you have sent, or raise a privacy concern. Please describe your request without including unnecessary identity documents. Identity may need to be confirmed through a suitable method before information is released.

Where applicable, you can also obtain guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Legal rights and obligations depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
